Lockout Policy
We appreciate the value of time and strive to respect yours as well as our cleaners’ time.
Always remember to leave keys in the agreed-upon location before the service begins or have someone present to let the cleaner in. To help prevent lockouts, we send SMS reminders 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
If the cleaner arrives and cannot access your home, we will immediately attempt to contact the responsible person via phone or email. Should we be unable to reach anyone within 15 minutes, a full lockout fee will be charged. We understand that circumstances like school drop-offs or work commitments might cause delays.
If we do make contact and the cleaner gains entry within 30 minutes, regular cleaning will proceed, but a $25 fee will be added to compensate for the lost time.
The full lockout fee is equivalent to 75% of the service cost, capped at $150.
This fee is intended to compensate the cleaner for their time, travel, and lost income due to the inability to access the home.
Late Cancellation Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both our customers and workers, which is why certain policies are essential for smooth operations. Adequate notice of cancellation is necessary for us to adjust our calendar and allow other customers the chance to fill a cancelled appointment slot.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, so we do not impose late cancellation fees. However, if late cancellations happen frequently, we reserve the right to terminate services.
Payment Policy
One-off or initial cleans:
For all one-off or initial cleans, we require payment in full the day before the scheduled cleaning. Alternatively, you may pay a 50% deposit before the cleaning, with the remaining balance due on the day of service, provided the person(s) making the payment will be present at the property.
Regular House Cleans:
Invoice Due Date: Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless we have made other arrangements in writing.
Late Payment Policy: To ensure fairness and consistency in managing our accounts, the following late payment policy is in effect: If payment is not received by the due date, an interest-based late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied for each month that the payment remains overdue.
